來到花蓮必玩的水上活動非秀姑巒溪泛舟莫屬！總長24公里的溪流，每年5-10月是最佳體驗期，泛舟時間多達3-4小時，途中會經過大激流，再伴隨漩渦和險灘，耗體力卻又超過癮！
當然充滿冒險的活動一定有超完整的教學和措施，建議上網看不同商家賣的方案跟船隻種類，有的還會附設攝影、餐點服務等等，整趟泛舟行程不休息，一定要吃點東西後再上路喔～另外裝備商家都會準備，其它的一些如防曬、水因為會長時間曝曬，建議事前都先補充好再去體驗。
