Triangle Big Dumpling

Located in the Xiluo Township of Yunlin, Triangle Big Dumpling is a historic eatery that has been around for more than fifty years and is known for the handmade dumplings. However, the dumplings here are more like bawan in the shape of a triangle and can be served with or without soup. Items on the menu also include noodles and all kinds of braised snacks — you will be spoiled for choice!

The skin of the dumplings are made of tapioca flour and steamed to al dente perfection. Topped with the homemade sauce, these dumplings are truly a taste and texture sensation of pork and bamboo shoots. If served with soup, one big dumpling will be soaked in a flavorful bowl of bone stock with a scent of minced pork. The noodles are tossed with Taiwanese meat sauce and smothered with flavor. A wide variety of braised snacks, including dried bean curd, rice sausages, pig’s ears, oden, tofu and twenty other options, will only leave you drooling and craving for more.
