Fantastic driver who goes beyond the normal services expected. He is accommodative to our requests for changes and is knowledgeable to also recommend places of interest, what to see, which restaurants are good, where to shop, etc. When my friend was hospitalized in Taichung, he was very concerned and also went to visit my friend in the hospital. On several occasions, he also did some overtime without complaint or asking for payment. A great driver who is also safe and punctual. Great experience.

We had a pleasant journey across Taiwan. The vehicle was clean, and the driver-guide was friendly and very accommodating. Our group had a variety of needs and everything was arranged to satisfaction. Great options and suggestions throughout.

Mr. Zheng was extremely knowledgeable about Sun Moon Lake and he worked with me to plan a good itinerary based on the weather and the diversity of my group (11 people traveling ages 5 to 86!). He was very patient with us as we changed things up a couple of times each day due to the needs/tiredness of my family. He mainly spoke Chinese with me but when we needed English translation at the paper mill factory he did a great job. Overall everyone was very happy with our time at Sun Moon Lake and we're good to have had Mr. Zheng show us around.

Jimmy was the most amaaaazzzing guide. So engaging, kind, and knowledgeable. Jimmy took care of us so well, helped us take many pictures, and even caught us in the rain.
