Top 9 Must-Visit Taipei Attractions|Bucket List Guide
1Gloria Outlets
Gloria Outlets is Taiwan's first US-style outdoor outlet. After you leave the HSR Taoyuan Station, you will cross an overpass to enter a new world. By the end of its third day in business, Gloria Outlets, more than one million people had already visited. Although it is advertised as a western shopping environment, the swarms of people darting around make it less relaxing than a normal shopping experience might be in the US! Nevertheless, the whole mall has been divided into four stages of completion and is expected to be formally completed in 2019 with a presence of 260 brands. Today, there is already Levi's, Nike, Timberland, Coach, CK, Armani, Tod's and other apparel brands, as well as Samsonite, Mothercare and other brands. Because this is Taiwan's first American-style outdoor outlet, the brand representation is far from complete, and the price is not pretty, but still many curious people have been attracted anyway. But if what you are looking for is a cheap department store, the end of the winter season is the best time to shop in Taiwan.
Although there are still few brands with open doors at Gloria Outlets, there are many dining options for those needing a refueling after all that shopping. Japanese ramen, American fast food or Taiwanese street food, and much more is up for grabs. For foreign travelers, even if the shops cannot capture their attention, but at least for those who are taking the High Speed Rail Taoyuan airport ready to fly home from Taoyuan Airport, Gloria Outlets provides a comfortable setting and wide range of choice for anyone with a rumbling stomach!- 2
