Without the banal Balinese atmosphere, Wave Café is also the home of a family of three, who treat every customer like their own family. As limited as the menu may be, all dishes are carefully and skilfully created to present ingredients at their very best. For example, Rogue Wave is a sparking combination of millet wine and coffee, and Yinyang Sea is coffee added with fermented rice in two different colors — white and purple. Dried flying fish roasted over a sugarcane fire is another signature dish not to be missed.
