Rakumenya

Rakumenya, which started out from Yongkang Street, brought the traditional Japanese ramen to Taiwan. The restaurant is characterized by letting customers decide the hardness and size of the noodles and the thickness of the soup. Without emphasizing on the exterior appearance and interior design, the ingredients and the cooking process are indeed punctuated. That is why with around TWD200 you can have this level of culinary delights, causing customers become regulars. For most females customers, one serving is just enough, however if male customers crave for more, no additional charge is required to have an extra serve of noodles. The space between tables is not that far, which made the restaurant rather a dining place than a chatting place. If you go alone, you can sit by the counter without sharing table and awkwardness with another stranger. Due to its reasonable price and genuine taste, there are already 5 successful branches in the Taipei area. In the future, they plan on expanding southward from Taipei.
