Manjedad Japanese Cuisine & Bar

Attraction stories

The name says: keep it from dad. But what did the owner do that he had to keep his restaurants from dad? Manjedad started out as a secret since the owner’s dad didn’t support his dream of putting his passion for cuisine into practice and opening a restaurant. Today, Manjedad has three branches, each with different specialties such as nigiri sushi, sashimi rice bowl and pomelo hot pot.

Manjedad will cost you a bit more than other eateries in town (for example, the rice bowls range from TWD350 to TWD1280), but obviously the diehard foodies don’t care that much. Topped with tuna, salmon, sea urchins, Japanese omelette, sweet shrimps, salmon eggs, scallops, and other freshly prepared ingredients, the sashimi rice bowl is a carnival of flavors and textures. The price might stagger many gourmands, but they always end up leaving with a smile and great satisfaction. If you’d like to come here and try some ultimate fineness prepared by Manjedad, you might want to keep it from mom as well.
