Lailai Soy Milk - Neihu

Lailai Soy Milk is a common name of many breakfast shops in Taiwan. The one in Neihu District is especially famous as its location which is at a street corner near Miramar Entertainment Park and the roomy space that is unlike most traditional breakfast shops. It even opens a branch in Taichung. The menu includes shaobing (clay oven roll), youtiao (fried bread stick), egg roll, fried dumpling, stuffed bun and even Chinese staples like fried rice. No matter in Taipei or Taichung, Lailai Soy Milk is always swarmed with plenty of customers. Nevertheless, the food might be too greasy for some Taiwanese and foreigners. If you are looking for traditional Taiwanese breakfast in Taipei, there are some better choices, such as Fuhang Soy Milk (阜杭豆漿) that is always crowded with people, Huahua Soy Milk (花花豆漿) that is only an MRT station’s distance from Lailai Soy Milk, or Guzaowei Breakfast (古早味豆漿店) that is near Taipei City Zoo.
