Jinchunfa Beef Noodle

This beef restaurant which is sited opposite Miramar Entertainment Park bases almost all of its dishes on beef of different parts. There is a large board inscribed with words meaning an old restaurant with hundred years’ history, which is questionable because farmers in early Taiwan that was founded by agriculture did not eat beef as they considered buffaloes used for farming as their partners. Even though, who would care the authenticity of the words on the board if the restaurant’s food is really delicious? Almost all of the beef dishes are priced higher than those of other diners in Taipei perhaps this one uses better ingredients, and the high price seems to be no big deal in view of the great number of customers. In general, the food is great and the dishes are special with a rare choice of curry fried beef.
