The famous brand used to be a food oil retailer. Due to the prevailing sale of mass production tin can oil in 1980s, the founder Mr. Yang decided to transform his shop to survive. He allowed a veteran to make soup buns in front of his retailer and the business was so good that he had the idea to learn how to make this food. The brand became famous ever since he got the hang of it. In 1991, the company Dintaifung restaurant incorporation was founded to expand the business worldwide.

How did they pursue the excellence to make a traditional food with so many complex steps to be identical with the quality taste when you put them in your mouth? As you walk close to the shop, you will see the chef and cooks working with full gear on behind the glass wall. They calculate the time of each step and make the foods with precision, even the folds on the soup buns are exactly eighteen ones to achieve the best taste. The kitchen receives a check of sanity and process control every fifteen minutes. Besides the soup buns, you shall never miss so many other side dishes, fried rice, noodles, and delicate soups. Just sit down, talk to the waiters, and enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
