Dazzling Cafe

Renowned for its famed honey toast and well-heeled crowd, this ultra-hip café chain now has seven locations in Taiwan and has already expanded to Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Honey toast has always been a popular dessert in Japan and was first introduced to Taiwan by Dazzling Café a few years ago. On top of a toast within a toast are different flavors of gelato, smooth custards and fresh fruit slices, where the inner cubes are both crisp and soft. Some of the most popular flavors include the French honey toast loaded with vanilla ice cream, lava caramel and lava chocolate, which will flow with hot chocolate as you cut your way through.

A variety of innovative tea beverages and savory dishes such sandwiches, paninis and waffles are available as well. Note that the menu indicates at the bottom that minimum charge per person is ONE DRINK, so it doesn’t matter however many desserts you order. Everyone needs to order a drink.
