Built in 1930s by Japan government, Taichung Broadcasting Bureau was used to broadcast radio and news all over the central of Taiwan. Now, through the door, you can hear lounge and house music playing around in this 70s-year-old historical building. Its windows are not just more, and even the styles and shapes of the windows are various. As the sun goes down in the west, the shadows of windows are getting longer and light through windows keep changing the atmosphere in the building.
There may be different topics of exhibitions in Taichung Broadcasting Bureau, such as design, photography, music, and culture. It’s worthwhile to visit here every 2 months.
It’s closed to Taichung Confucius Temple and Yizhong Street. If you have time, go for a visit.
