Chun Shui Tang (春水堂) Tea House is a major feature of Taichung, known for its tea house culture. Starting as a beverage shop, it began providing seating and space for friends to gather, with Chun Shui Tang being the prime example. It is said that Taiwan's most famous pearl milk tea was first sold at Chun Shui Tang! From a small tea shop at the beginning, it has now become a well-known chain of tea houses. In addition to pearl milk tea, its highly recommended dishes include ""Kung Fu Noodles,"" ""Radish Cake,"" and ""Braised Delicacies (Tofu, Rice Pudding).""
In addition to pearl milk tea, there are over a dozen different drinks to choose from. The other noodle dishes and tea snacks are all classic flavors, while hot pot, set meals, traditional noodles, and side dishes are also enticing, such as dried tofu or XO sauce noodles. The interior decoration and staff uniforms are themed around traditional Chinese restaurants, and the noise is a must - if it's not noisy, then it's not a Chinese restaurant.
