Jay was friendly and helpful to guide us when we reached alishan as it was our first time there. He also introduced us to a few places along the way to alishan and let us alighted from the car to take photos. The only thing we did not like was the small car size and that it was a taxi when we expect to have a larger private car because we had a few bags with us besides our luggages. The car aircon was also not working well which made the car very stuffy so we had to wind down the windows to get air.

Our driver guide, Mr Jeffrey, took really good care of us during the trip. He was extremely friendly and thoughtful, making the entire journey comfortable and enjoyable for our family. We were especially touched that he went out of his way to buy the noodles my dad had been looking for — it truly meant a lot to us and showed his kindness and attentiveness. It was a pleasure having him as our driver guide. We want to thank him once again for his warmth, patience, and excellent service.

Mr Liu''s sense of humour was much appreciated. My daughter was extremely happy with our visit to the capybara cafe and the whole family was very satisfied with our dinner at a hotpot place. The food was very fresh and the cost was reasonable. We would like to request for Mr Liu''s service again if we go to Kaohsiung again. Grace Fang was efficient and friendly. She was the one who informed me that we could go to the capybara cafe in Kaohsiung as we could not get a slot for the one in Taipei.

Mr Chang was able to advise us on the time we needed to reach each destination (e.g. we caught the beautiful sunset at Gaomei Wetlands). We also spent time at the first bubble milk tea shop in Taichung (this was our last-minute request as there was time for it). What I really appreciated was Mr Chang driving back to Taichung HSR station to return my daughter''s spectacles which had dropped in his vehicle. Grace Fang is very efficient and friendly. Her professionalism is much appreciated.
