Lilongshan is one of the lower 100 Peaks in Taiwan, the elevation is one thousand and sixty-two meters, which is the highest peak in Hengchun Peninsula. Most hikers start from Long Feng Temple entrance. There are many small waterfalls and many natural ecosystems along the way. The trail will go through a simple rope suspension bridge. While walking, you can listen to the birds singing harmony with frogs, making people forget how far they have traveled on the 3.9 kilometers trail.
Beautiful scenery along the way will accompany us to the resting point at the saddle of Lilongshan where we can have our lunch. After regaining your strength, here comes the tricky part. The last 1.3 kilometer section is steeper, you have to be a climber using the climbing ropes along the way from time to time, and step on deep-rooted trees to conquer this part. Our hard sweat will be paid off by the three hundred sixty degree natural viewing platform. You do not have to pay for the tickets, you only need the physical strength and perseverance to get here!
