Spendtime Coffee

Located in the Dahu Township of Miaoli, Spendtime Coffee is a hybrid concept joining together a guesthouse, restaurant and coffee house and hot spring experience all in one. Built by the shimmering lake, this lovely villa sits amidst lush natural surroundings and allows guests to wash away all their fatigue by soaking up in the hot spring with a neutral pH of 7.0 to 7.4, which will leave you with soft and silky skin. Another natural cold spring is also available all year long, especially for those who wants to cool down from the typical summer heat.

There are a number of room types to accommodate different party sizes from double rooms to pretty spacious rooms for up to six guests, where the tranquil view outside your window is the magical cure to everything. Besides afternoon tea, the restaurant also serves a mixture of Western and Eastern cuisine made from local produce. For example, strawberries from Dahu are fermented into beer, which later serves as the marinade used on the roasted chicken, and finally, the homemade fruit sauce will be poured over the chicken to create the heavenly taste and texture. The hot spring here is also known as a “beauty soup,” something that beautifies your skin with all its natural minerals (but definitely not for drinking). Both private and public hot pool experiences are offered, where the semi-outdoor design allows gentle breezes to flow throughout and sunshine to spill in.
