Shuangfei Milk Tea

Judging from its exterior, the beverage bar seems to have nothing special. However, Shuangfei Milk Tea is actually such an established famous store in Yancheng, Kaohsiung City that you cannot get a cup of drink without long queuing. Beverages provided here have black tea, green tea, or oolong tea as their bases, and the base tea is prepared in barrels before the opening hour. Then the staff will add milk or pearls (chewy tapioca balls, 珍珠) to make the special kind of beverage ordered by the customer. The store insists on not adding ice cubes into the beverage, so the flavor of it can stay consistent from the first sip to the last without being diluted. Sugar added to each kind of beverages has also been decided in advance and therefore cannot be adjusted. Perhaps that's why the beverages are offered to the customers so efficiently. However, perhaps because the store enjoys great fame, or because the owner has been running it for so long, the attitude of the staff is not considered impressive, just like that of many other stores in the neighborhood. However, since it's just a modest store providing cheap and tasty beverages beside the street, let's forget about the service.
