Rehe Street in Kaohsiung is home to a plethora of good eats, and Longquan Tofu Pudding Town is one of the historic landmarks that has been around for more than thirty years. Concessions on the menu include breakfast items, beverages, sweet soups, shaved ice and homemade tofu pudding. Desserts are not fancy, just perfectly executed, using the best imaginable ingredients add resonating with everyone from young to old.

Almost all the ingredients are made in-house. The tofu pudding comes in two variations: the frozen and the traditional. Both are silky and smooth. You can top your bowl with a selection of freshly prepared ingredients such as mung beans and red beans. Mung beans go well with sweet soup and tofu pudding, while the sweetened red beans are more delectable when they all over the shaved ice drizzled with a generous portion of condensed milk on top. The popular black tea with soy milk is a perfect combination of smooth taste and silky texture and will please the most discerning palate.
