This British cafe near High Speed Rail Zuoying Station and Lotus Pond is opened by a couple respectively from Taiwan and Britain. Because the wife’s family requires attendance, she brought her husband back from London to Kaohsiung. The cafe is opened in Zuoying to avoid high rent and hope of a quiet surrounding. The space is tiny, which only consists of 15 seats, but the decoration is cozy and suits well with its name. You could find truly genuine British cuisine here, from traditional breakfast to meat roll – too bad we could not try their featuring Fish & chips at the day we visited. As it is solely run by the couple themselves, the wait might a bit longer than usual. You could take the chance to have some chit-chat with owners and practice your English.
