Twenty-minute drive away from Neiwan Old Street, 6 Garden is an ecological garden and learning space that serves the local community and visitors. A major focus of the garden will be native plants and their culinary uses. Homemade food using local, fresh produce is served in the chalet restaurant, and well established and landscaped campsites are even available to help you get back to nature.

The chalet restaurant boasts a very deliciously tempting and relaxing interior in a country style. There are various sections of seating including outdoors, indoors as well as private dining rooms for those more intimate dining experiences. They grow their own herbs and all food preparation is done on site. The extensive menu includes hot pots and steaks, all delicately prepared and served in their original taste. After the meal, a stroll through the carefully curated garden would be pleasant. When the sky is clear, you can even see the north of Hsinchu, Longtan District, Linkou District of Taoyuan, and the city center itself in the distance. In case you want to lie down to pacify your tummy and back after the tour, a number of sunloungers can be found within the garden, which allow you to rest your weary legs, watching the clouds drifting and swirling.
