We really had So much fun and a pleasant experience during our trip in Taiwan. It has been years since I used a travel agent. The internet seems to make the task of booking travel easier. We want to thank you for Mr Richard for his patience as our tour guide for making our vacation a pleasant experience, with a lot of good memories to cherish and share with our family and friends. I also personally can't thank Judy enough the Travel Consultant, She has always been so helpful and efficient at finding great options and great deals on planning our trips. We couldn't have done it without her. Not forgetting to our driver as well for bringing us to all the destinations and driving the bus very carefully and safely. We enjoyed our Jiufen private tour although we encounter traffic jams along the road to Jiufen. We do not aware that it is holidays in Taiwan for Ching Ming Festival. There are lots of people everywhere and our trip to Jiufen was fast and rushing. There are so many cars and no carpark at all. However Mr Steven Fang was thoughtful and drop us down for Jiufen. We have to walk further down to Jiufen old street. But we do understand that there is no car parks on that day. But overall we actually more enjoy on Yehliu Geopark because we went earlier.

Everything was perfect and the planning was adequate, however we did think the itinerary was a little too packed as there was quite a large portion of time spent travelling. Wade was very informative and gave good advice along the journey. He was definitely the 'man-on-the-ground' type, and was able to foresee and adapt to various changes. I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team, especially Judy and Wade for making our first ever trip to Taiwan a memorable one. We hope to be back again.

The area is so captivating that is has served as inspiration for the setting of two famous films, Hayao Miyazaki’s Japanese animation Spirited Away and Taiwanese auteur Hou Hsiao-hsien’s A City of Sadness.
Come explore the “rich” history of the Northeast Coast, a region famed for its gold and coal deposits. A visit to Jinguishi will help you uncover the geological forces that brought about the Taiwanese Gold Rush. Then venture to the railway towns of Shifen and Pingxi for a magical DIY sky lantern experience. - This tour is 9 hours a day. Generally we start from 9am and end at 6pm. We can shift your schedule between 8am to 8pm based on your preference.

- Overtime Extra Charge
- Optional : If you wish to extend your tour, every extra hour over the agreed schedule of a private tour is charged TWD500 (US$17) for a sedan-based or van-based tour, or TWD1000 (US$34) for a bus-based tour. There will be no overtime extra charge for a shared tour.
