Danny's Steakhouse

On the first floor of deluxe apartments around Miramar Entertainment Park, we could find many classy famed restaurants such as Mitsui (三井日本料理) and D&C Bistro. However, when it comes to top-class beef in Dazhi (大直), Danny’s Steakhouse which is priced at no less than TWD3,000 in average would undoubtedly be the place we are talking about. The high-ceiling space and extensive glass wall draw attention of everyone passing by. Inside the restaurant, dim lighting and chandeliers with rich modernity make the dining experience like being in a nightclub. Customers here are either salesmen in suit for business or lovebirds for birthday celebration (visiting on birthday could receive a chocolate cake for free). A beef in couple thousands Taiwan Dollars is not only different in a larger quantity, but the quality ingredient ignoring cost is also reason of such high price. The most famous dish here is dry-aged beef, which is relatively rare in Taiwan and only available in some high-end restaurants. Appetizers and desserts are delicate as well. Despite of the satisfaction from the food, their service fails to be alongside with price level. It might indicate that the customers are solely coming for the nice beef.
