Located in the city of Hualien, Prince started out as a simple bakery, but after tremendous growth, they decided to expand and offer an authentic Italian atmosphere, where the stone-baked pizzas are no doubt the favorite of many. The crust is rather soft, and the toppings are light enough. The Florentina pizza is topped with three different kinds of cheese and finished with an egg cracked in the center, while the Norge Hero pizza features slices of smoked salmon on top — a feast for the eyes and the stomach is guaranteed.

The creamy butter pasta is another mainstay at Prince. This heavenly convergence of cream, butter and cheese is ideal for those who are especially into rich flavors. All in all, Prince provides creative and delicious meals at very affordable prices; some pastas costs even less than TWD150. You might not yet be aware of it, but great cheap eats can be hard to come by in Hualien!
