Charlie was congenial and full of attentions, especially in terme of choosing restaurants along the way, which was a very positive experience. The trick was that he could not really speak English and make himself understood. We had no other option but to communicate via the Google translator, which tended to be awkward and unnerving. Besides, he rigidly stuck to the pre-planned route and we practically skipped the Kenting part of the southwestern coastal itinerary for undefined reasons since we had plenty of time to reach Taitung in mid-afternoon.The general idea is that who pays, controls. We were more under control than controlling ! Still, we keep a overall good memory of our Taïwan tour and trip. I am very satisfied with my contacts with your agency , peculiarly with Jo Wang who was so friendly and professional in helping us set up this 6-day tour.

Both Wade and Mr. He went above and beyond our expectations and we would recommend round Taiwan round services to our friends when they come visit Taiwan. It was very enjoyable and we are very happy with both Wade and Mr. He's services. I would also like to mention that Judy Tang was really awesome helping us plan our trip! She was very responsive and was able to accommodate our change of plans due to the typhoon.

The day tour was great and James was a very nice guide+ safe driver. But in meanwhile maybe you can consider to add another kind of day trip at Kenting e.g. The forest park+deer tracking etc, so that the visitor can have more options to see more of the beauty in Kenting.But overall it was a very nice experience with the service that RTR provided.

James did a great job. He was personable, enjoyable and enhanced our experience. He knew lots of information and we were happy with the places he took us. The only constructive criticism I would give is that a few times he gave a little too much information. Most of the time the amounts of commentary he gave was great, but a few times he could have given less and had it be more effective. This is a minor criticism. He did a great job.
